PetPaw Haven started with a simple idea: pet products should be useful, reliable and worth having around. We look for products that solve everyday problems for pet owners rather than adding another gimmick to the house.

Our range is kept small on purpose. Every product has a reason to be here, whether it makes feeding easier, keeps your pet hydrated or simply makes everyday pet care a little more convenient.

We're based in South Africa and aim to make ordering simple from start to finish. Orders are placed securely through PayFast and are delivered to addresses within South Africa.

Shipping

Free shipping on all orders in South Africa.

Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it will be prepared for delivery. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier, but we'll always use the delivery details you provide at checkout.

You'll receive your order at the address supplied during checkout, so please make sure your delivery details and contact information are correct before placing your order.
